The containers are in! They arrived December 8 and 9.
We have been extremely busy working every day, 12-14 hours, trying to get everything assembled and ready to ship.
We have amazing family, friends and community that are offering to volunteer and help us out to speed up the process.
We are forever grateful and can not thank them enough for their time and effort.
We have made some progress and still have a lot left, but the systems are here, almost all the parts are here and everything looks amazing.
The gardens look better than we could ever imagined and we are so excited for you to receive yours.
We still have one final hurdle to overcome.
There are a lot of things that have happened that lead up to this hurdle and there are a lot of things we need to explain and share.
We made this video to explain why it happened and what our plan is. This is very important to watch and will explain everything and why the upcoming survey is the way it is.

We want to apologize in advance and hope you are understanding of this situation. We hope this does not cast a huge shadow on the Eden Tower and your experience.
We will be sending out the final shipping survey to ship your system. With this survey please add any notes you would want us to know. ( ex.if you want your shipment delayed to the new year.. etc)
Before we ship please fill out this form regarding the information in the video. We will need both this form/questionnaire and the shipping survey filled out before we can start shipping systems.

When will your Eden Tower be shipped?

Thank you all for your patience,
We thought we would come on here and give a quick update.
We were randomly selected for a mandatory inspection which delayed shipping about a week then we
have been fighting for the last 20 days with the shipping company to get them to send our containers.
We have been doing everything in our power to get them to speed it up, but they run on their own time. Everything is in Canada at port, we are just waiting for them to ship the containers across a Canada to us.
Today we received half of the containers and hopefully we will receive the rest this week. Once we receive them, we will start assembly right away and work as hard as we can to get them shipped by the end of the month.
I wish we could give you an exact day, however we are at the mercy of the shipping company, and they have not been working in our favor. We will continue to keep you updated as we know more and have a better idea on the timeline.
We want to thank you for your patience this far and ask that you can be a little more patient as we work this out with the shipping company.
There has been a Delay

We have some good news and bad news
Good news is everything has been shipped and the Eden Tower is happening.
Bad News
We have not received the shipment yet. We were told we should receive the shipment by the end of October, but it has not come yet.
Sadly, we are at the mercy of the shipping companies. We have reached out to them, and they are telling us it should arrive first week- to middle of November. We will then assemble them as quickly as we can and have them shipped out.
So, we are hoping to be able to ship out the Eden Towers middlish of November
