Hey!
Hope you all are enjoying the summer and it is not raining to much! Our small town seems to love the rain more then sun.
Just wanted to do a little update regarding backerkit and adding kits/addons to your Kickstarter pledge.
We will be charging everyone at the end of July.
That means you have until the end of July to add more kits or supply to your pledge at the Kickstarter discount.
Everything is going well, we have gotten some samples back and things are moving along pretty well.

June Update

Hope everyone one is doing amazing!
We want to do a quick update.
Not a lot has happened, we have finalized design and working on making molds. We are expecting to get samples back in July. We will post some pictures of them once we receive them.
So far everything is still on track for delivery end of October.
One of the stretch goals was an online hydroponic course.
We will be starting this August or September. This will be a live course (recorded) so you will have access to the replay for life. We are doing it live so we can answer all your questions in real time.
That is about it, we do weekly lives every Tuesday and Thursday at 1pm MST on our Facebook page as well as give great indoor garden tips and tricks if you want a head start.

Survey Update

Thank you so much for your patience.
We have finally gotten everything worked out and communicated. Tomorrow we will be sending out the survey for Kickstarter.
It will be sent out by Backerkit, so keep an eye out for that name.
If you do not receive it tomorrow make sure to check your junk folder or promotional folder in your email account.
We have finalized all the stretch goals. We picked the following because we wanted to add the most value and make sure we can deliver the kits on time. Some of the ideas we were hoping to add, we still had to design and test them. It was not feasible at this time to include them. We are working on designing them eventually, they will be available just not with this kit.
Stretch goals are:
- 7 variety seed pack
- 50 hemp plugs
- microgreen kit
- splitable cups
- extendable legs
- stability clips ( great if you have pets)
- 30 Day hydroponic course. We will teach you from set up, plant, harvest, clean to replant and everything in-between.
- water level
Everything is on schedule so far and there are no delays. We do weekly updates ( LIVE ) on our Facebook page Hope Innovations.
We will do 1-2 updates a month on Kickstarter and share the big milestones with you, tell you how everything is going.

A Little Delay

We just want to keep you updated,
The last update we told you we were going to be sending out an email May 4.
This email would be a survey where you would be able to upload shipping information, add more kits to your order, pick stretch goals and more.
We are working with Backerkit to make this happen and were waiting on Kickstarter to release the funds so we could get started and send this email/survey out.
There is a slight delay in the funds being release so we will not be able to send out the email to you until May 11.
So May 11 we will be sending an email through Backerkit and have the title Eden Tower Survey ( Ryan and Tessa).
If you do not receive it please check your junk mail or promotional folder. There is a possibility it gets sent there.

WOW!!
First, we want to start off by thanking you all for the support and encouragement. WE DID IT!!
Because of you, we are able to bring this amazing garden to market. We are all changing the indoor garden world for the better!!!
So THANK YOU.
Next. Here is what to expect in the coming days/weeks
April 19 at 9AM Kickstarter will charge you for your pledge.
Look for an email from Kickstarter.
If your card is declined( we will contact you if it is), you will have 14 days to fix any issues, update new payment methods etc...
After the 14 days, if your payment still does not go through you will give up your pledge as well as all free stretch goals.
March 4 we will be sending out a survey from Backerkit.
Make sure to keep an eye out for this one! you will not want to miss it.
This is where you can add more systems, layers, tents or add-ons to your order. We will also be asking you a few questions like what kinds of seeds you want, stretch goals etc...
This will be the place that you tell us your shipping information. If your address changes, this is the place you can update it and let us know. We know a lot can happen from now until October.
Any updates that happen or changes we will reach out to your on here as well as Backerkit.
